Warranty
Primos’ Double Bull limited lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials and/or workmanship for the life of the blind.
If your blind breaks or malfunctions, we’ll fix or replace it….it’s that simple.
Damages that result from misuse, abuse or prolonged exposure to the elements are not covered in this warranty. Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Should the product be proven to Primos to be defective, we will decide to repair or replace the product at our discretion. Any claims must be submitted to the customer service department. All returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase to be considered for repair or replacement
