It was a “Super” performance by Gold Tip shooters with nine first pace finishes and a superb shootoff in the Men’s Pro class ending in a 1st place finish for Gold Tip staff manager Tim Gillingham. His second ASA win of the year. Those 30X arrow shafts are sure treating him right. Colin Boothe, another recognized name in the world of 3-d archery, finished a very close second with a tense 8 target shootoff. “I just about gave it away on the 5th target of the shootoff”, said Gillingham “but I hunkered down and nailed a 48yd. twelve ring on the final shootdown target to tie things back up. It was a great birthday present!”

If people will look around they will see a majority of the top spots in the amateur ranks being dominated by Goldtip shafts, making it very hard for us to keep up with the demand that it has created.
