NFAA Indoor Nationals, Louseville, KY The NFAA Indoor Nationals is the end of the indoor season for most, a chance to see if that practice all winter has paid off. Well it paid off well for Goldtip staffer Scott Starnes and Randy Brabec. Randy repeated his awesome performance in Vegas and won the Indoor Nationals also. Great job Randy! Scott Starnes made his first ever shootoff in the Men’s Pro Freestyle with a perfect score of 120X’s. He hung on for quite a while and ended 3rd overall. John Eide in the Men’s Freestyle had a nailbiter of a shootoff and ended up finishing 2nd. John has been on the Goldtip staff for quite a while and is a first class guy. Gold Tip shooters also did well in the HSO pop-up round that is set up at all the 3-star events. Tim Gillingham shot the highest score ever on the round in his first qualification round and ended up wining the event. He also won the event at Louiseville. He also tied with another Goldtip headliner, Levi Morgan for 2nd place in the marked 3-d with an impressive 226 on twenty targets. Bill Lewis also won the BHFS division of the marked 3-D. 1st Men’s Pro Freestyle Limited Randy Brabec 3rd Men’s Pro Freestyle Scott Starnes 2nd Men’s Senior Pro Freestyle Dennis Neely 2nd Men’s Amateur Freestyle John Eide 3rd Men’s Bowhunter Freestyle Bill Hakl |
